When is my annual replacement stipend ready for use?

Annual replacement stipends are available for use the first day of the month following your anniversary date. For example: if your anniversary date is in January, you annual replacement stipend will be ready for use on February 1st.

What color uniforms am I allowed to order?

Teammates classified as a Medical Receptionist may only order uniforms in the color black. Providers and Teammates in a clinical role are able to choose from any color option available. Providers are approved to order uniforms with the appropriate logo, including their first and last name and credentials. Please note that colors may vary in their appearance from brand to brand. It is strongly suggested that you order tops and bottoms of the same brand to ensure the colors match.

What brand of garments should I order?

All Teammates and Providers are approved to order any of the brands and styles shown on this website. Please note that colors may vary in their appearance from brand to brand. It is strongly suggested that you order tops and bottoms of the same brand to ensure the colors match.

Who is allowed to customize their garments?

Only Providers are eligible for embroidery options.

What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Please note that embroidered items cannot be returned. If the customer wishes to return non-embroidered items for either refund or exchange, Alexander's Uniforms will accept the returned item(s) within 30 days of purchase as long as the original tags are attached and the item has not been washed. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Alexander's Uniforms will cover shipping for exchange items back to the customer.
